The exciting and fast-growing Unmanned Autonomous solutions (Drone-in-a-Box) company Easy Aerial is recruiting for a social media and digital marketing specialist. At Easy Aerial, you will lead, run, and manage the company’s marketing assets. You will establish and communicate a clear marketing plan. This role is the point of contact to all services providers and marketing agencies working with Easy Aerial teams!


· Build and execute global integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of products, software, and services

· Oversee cross-channel, integrated digital marketing campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, media buying and tracking, creative concept and asset development, execution, optimization, and post-launch review

· Drive funnel optimizations and specific product/feature adoption among targeted audiences

· Structure ongoing tests to measure program impact and effectiveness of creative, segmentation, and channel to analyze and improve performance against business key performance indicators

· Utilize analytical ability to evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and touchpoints

· Project manage and coordinate digital campaign operational efforts across channels, including managing agency and vendor relationships

· Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans and report best practices with cross-functional teams

· Collaborate and build relationships with broad cross-functional partners including brand and design, marketing, engineering, analytics, product, and external partners and agencies


· 4+ years of experience in digital marketing

· Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, data visualization, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights and recommendations

· Experience leading and managing marketing database, SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

· Experience with various Interfaces: Ads Manager, LinkedIn, etc.

· Experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (e.g., Google Marketing Platform)

· Experience working with ad serving tools and DSPs

· Experience building and deploying campaigns

· Experience presenting ideas to several stakeholders at once

· Experience collaborating and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams

· Experience with digital marketing and digital measurement latest trends and best practices

· BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field

· Website management and technology experience including WordPress, CMS, HTML, CSS,
